So what exactly are you guys suggesting? That the ECT Board didn't have to approve signing the frozen version of the RCA? That having formally approved it they didn't need to inform the ASX of the fact? How exactly should they have done this? Just wandered along to the signing ceremony and said: "Sorry guys, we forgot to get formal approval from our board to sign this"?
