How's it wrong Massey ?

The only thing above $0.02 the company has seen is a few trading days. The 200,000,000 is equivalent of $0.02 ? Both directors have 50,000,000 options at $0.02 ? The rights issue is underwritten at $0.02 ? I think the only speculation or "wrong" although I wouldn't say it's wrong it's just unknown being whatever price the company does relist at dependent on what market is willing to pay.

My point was without any speculation of unknown events into the future (ie. the price it opens at upon re-listing) is the backing and the company being set up is based on $0.02 at current price - the only thing above that has been a few days of trade recently. So at present market worth is based upon where all the capital is coming in at ie. $0.02 (or $0.40).

Should be an interesting 2014 ahead though once it's all finalised.
