    re: Ann: ECQ Exercises Opitons to Acquire Cyn... I think there is some confusion regarding the Cynata capital raising. It is my understanding that the $5M to be raised is going to clients of the 2 underwriters. As such there is no stock going to be available for those who sell now

    I stand to be corrected, but Im pretty certain the above is correct
