"The Underwriters may also terminate the underwriting agreement in the event the Company's Shares finish trading on the ASX on any three consecutive days with a closing price that is less than $0.02 (on a pre-Consolidation basis) prior to the suspension of the Company’s Shares on the date of the Meeting."
