re: Ann: ECQ Exercises Opitons to Acquire Cyn... dave, I agree that it's not the same as ahz but I don't agree with your underwriting conclusion. I think that only refers to the shares that they get - ie what shareholders don't take up. And IF the underwriters are able to get commitments for the shortfall, they don't have to sell them on market. That might not make a difference if they get sold anyway but there's also the possibility that at least some of those third parties might be "strong hands". Might be wrong, but that's how I read it.
