I am still up in the air a bit about the new share offer. I know... They are raising $5M (underwritten). They are doing it at 0.40 post consolidation. They can take an extra $1M. What I don't know... is the participation weightings. If the Broker had someone in mind does that mean they could, ,,,if they wanted,,, give 100% to them and none to the current shareholders? ,,,could they also scale back to X (say 25%) degree current shareholders (again diluting them) if they wanted (notwithstanding oversubs) and again give shares to their clients/instos at what rate they determine.
i.e. there is no guarantee that what I request will be given, in any way shape or form (from 0% to 100%) (as I said at the outset, a rights issue would have a much fair and better option)
Can anyone help here?
