It seems positive, but it’s an admission that Ecoquip is not currently being leased/promoted effectively. They are basically now outsourcing the sales/leasing aspect of the business and it’s costing 30% of the revenues, whilst Ecoquip still carry 100% of the manufacturing costs.
Overall may negatively effect revenues/earnings from Ecoquip until they spend some mire money to get more units manufactured and out to market.
