I think your German Bank’s have issues with the cash having to go through the local Tanzanian banks ( former colony or not), and good luck getting startup cash out of EFIC, they put unreasonable demands over security and won’t put much of their own cash up anyway, (the EFIC ref is from personal experience).
Finance is just really hard for all these plays.
