What will move the share price...hmmm myself and a group of holders I talk to suspect delivery dates and outcomes on some of the following might help
(And not just another Conference Presentation with no timelines or outcomes)
o KfW funding status including specific amount sought in respect to EPANKO
o Tanzanian (Epanko) finance issues ...what is status and how has it changed in the last 18 months and in the last quarter if at all?
o EFICs involvement in Financing if at all of EPANKO
o Nedbanks involvement in financing if at all of EPANKO
o Status GGG
o Status offtake agreements for EcoGraf pilot 3000t of Battery grade graphite?
o Status funding expansion of EcoGraf pilot to full plant. Gantt in presentation suggests proceeding this year. Status strategic investor.
o Status Tanzanian downstream processing facility funding (or is it a EcoGraf plant as suggested in recent presentation
o Status Tanzanian SEZ licence application
o Status 16% free carry arrangements with Tanzanian Government and Tanzgraphite
o Status offtake agreements for remainder of 20,000t from Epanko
o Status mine preparation EPANKO
o Explanation of trip to Korea. Purpose and outcome
o Status of additional EcoGraf plant/s as mentioned in various company documentation Asia/ Tanzania/Europe
o Status staffing in each country of operation Tanzania, Australia and Germany (what are there roles in Tanzania given there seems no advancement on negotiations and 3rd party prepping mine. (are they?)
o Is there any back up to KfW funding Epanko that provides compliance with Legislation. Ie Tanzanian based bank
That will do ...there are others
The SP will go up if we can get a time line and positive outcomes on the above. But above all Finance for Epanko or EcoGraf Plant....(not just pilot). Without Finance its all irrelevant and the SP won't go anywhere...ever.
But as a LT holder i remain hopeful that we will get some of these answers really really soon
