I would suggest the opposite. Given everything that’s going on in Tanzania i think we need as many people on the ground talking about Epanko, KNL and our plans as possible.
I do suggest that regulatory stalemate is only a literal stalemate when communication breaks down. I think the recent extension of the ML for 10+ years is proof work on the ground – and in meeting rooms – is ongoing.
