I have stopped thinking about what games are being played with the SP...real money will start to move once GOT gives the green light and/or EcoGraf prooves economically viable and we get a partner onboard...
The ~1-2mil shares on sell sided popped up during various times over the past 12 months, either as a lump sum or split into 2-3 sell orders, but was always far enough as not to be hit, the latest attempt was still very unlikely to be hit as there was no concrete, positive news to signal the buyers to take out such a large sell order, a couple of theories floating around:
* seller/s participated in the CR @0.14 and are happy with a quick 10%...and were hoping to be out by now
* there are emails floating around that a group of German investors wants to offload and have ~7mil shares. This scenario is a bit funny as between the investors I personally know here and in Germany, there would have to be quiet a few of investors in Germany that want to offload to reach 7 mil shares...and it sounds very plausible that they would conduct an email campaign announcing their SELL intentions
* who in their right mind would do that?
* who get's to sell their shares 1st out of those in that group?
* who puts an excessively large number of shares on the sell side at one go? especially when there is no volume at that given time??
over the years I got a bit wary of communicating privately with HC members that I have not met in person...simple reason being: they want to buy/sell the same stock you are interested in at a better price than anyone else...
One thing I know and am looking forward to is to witness the scramble to buy shares once GOT green light and EcoGraf progress...that scramble might start once the imminent announcement re Epanko graphite downstream optimisation program, that is nearing completion and will be reported shortly.
Only 260mil shares on issue ** 50% of those are held by management and top 20 holders ** Frankfurt listing volumes have been non-events so far ** will that remain so after the gig announcements start coming out?
All IMO
