* There is a reason why CBA has increased their holding, by a substantial amount!!, in a vey low trading volume stock like KNL
* There is a reason why GR Engineering is a substantial holder in KNL and has agreed to receive part of their payment in KNL shares for GR to undertake detailed engineering design works and early procurement activities. Kibaran may elect to pay for up to 30% of the Early Works via the issue of shares to GR Engineering. Where an EPC Contract is progressed, the parties may also agree to assign the value of the early works into that contract. Keeping in mind GR has accepted KNL shares as payment for work done over the past ~3 years
...they would have a very intimate knowledge of the potential.
* There is a reason why the GerGov is interested in guaranteeing 1/2 of the projects Capex. German Industry is strongest in Europe, Automobile industry is a very large portion of it, IMO it's not if,, but when a major player signs a partnership for EcoGraf.
* This would entail a processing plant utilising EcoGraf being
built in Europe to upgrade natural flake graphite from other miners to a product meeting battery grade specification for supply to anode manufacturers. --- how many new Battery Plants are being built right now in Europe alone and how many more are on the drawing board? How many more around the world? timing is everything ... and in KNL's case, ECoGraf has come at the perfect time.
* All the samples evaluated during this test work program responded positively to the process,
consistently delivering a graphite carbon content of at least 99.95% and demonstrating the effectiveness of the eco-friendly purification process
across a range of feedstock sources. -- This is game changin.
All IMO
