Oops my profanity had me moderated
So let me constructively agree with everyone above.
An EGM is an expensive exercise but I think we are pastbthe
ppint of politely waiting for this Exevutive team to do the right thing.
Time and time again we have given them the benefit of the doubt. No more.
Time the Executive either proved their worth or resign/get booted and let people more capable take over.
Tanzania may have issues with their Ministry and there are clearly issues with KfW debt facility.
But there is no excuse what so ever for shareholders
to be left so completely in the dark as to where we are at
and what issues remain to be resolved. We know exactly nothing, have no idea what issues need finalising, who is doing the negotiating and when a result is expected.
(that said I do wonder if CBA our major shareholder is being kept equally in the dark)
We are at our core a Tanzanian Graphite Miner. Are we still?
And then there is EcoGraf
our second line of business
Unique... so unique we have patents pending
Green Clean Cheap and not reliant on one source so Plant/s can be build everywhere and a HUGE global demand for non Chinese and even Chinese battery grade.
But all we have is an upgraded BFS that’s overdue....now I for one am still confused why we even needed it done....OK so we can use multiple sources. Great. And we can use the fines. Great. But really we need to wait months and months for a now late updated study in order to progress negotiations. We were led to believe that the world was beating a path to the door and if EcoGraf is what we have been told then the world should be beating a path to our door. But where are they all. Where is the ongoing pilot funding ????
So Wilma, want to take a crack at writing up some EGM resolutions?
Your Communications policy charnge is a must. I would add
Removing Pett
Removing Conidi
Spinks Providing a conference call update to shareholders
on exactly where Epanko and EcoGraf are at with funding.
Let’s get some resolutions written up.
Once some we can call for numbers offline ( I’m pretty sure we will get the numbers to call an EGM)
Of course Spinks and Board... you are ..welcome to deliver some hasty tangible finance updates and results...but otherwise ....let’s just say 2019 will be The year for change at KNL.
