What resolutions do you propose for an EGM? I would support amendments to the Shareholder Communication Policy (https://www.kibaranresources.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/ShareholderCommunicationPolicy.pdf) as well as board and management changes. IMO Spinks and Frey are essential but the remainder of our BoD and management team could be improved.
