    No, they have not pulled out...the problem is that Germany/ Europe are still very behind when it comes to LiB cell manufacturing and the red tape that needs to be crossed takes a long time...when you look at China, SK or JAP...there is a large difference...complete supply chains are already in place and it makes sense to start with a plant there first, any of the large 4-5 cell manufactures over there could sign up for EcoGraf to gain a competitive advantage and in theory could already be supplying their ever increasing cell production lines with anode material from an EcoGraf plant as early as Q4'19.

    I was hoping for Germany as I did expect some faster decisions to e made re cell production, but as mentioned the whole process will take some time...that's when plant # 2 will come into play if it's going to be under licence from KNL or some large multinational Asian Co, will all depend on what deal KNL will strike re the 1st Plant.  Further news on this could drop any day... a lot of testwork has already been done.
