couldn't agree more - these "dictators" of the 21st Century are now aware of the power of the people - the Arab Spring is too fresh in their minds... they know that they are at the mercy of getting booted out in the next poll or get thrown out in a public led coup... I think they will have to show something for the long term and Magufuli is perhaps doing the right thing in that direction - provide a nice clean environment for Tanzania to progress in this still new century... the 21st Century should belong to Africa - at least the 2nd half and bringing a clean government to the table is probably the need of the hour of the first part of this century to achieve that...

unfortunately, we are having this feeling of being "trapped" so close to the finishing line... I hope we make up for the lost 2 years when we get running at full speed...
