    Pretty close...I hope you also read it's part of a comprehensive BFS, which was forensically tested by a Bank Appointed independent engineers firm and the conclusion was that the solid earning figures shown in the BFS are very realistic and achievable.
    So as an investor it gives you a bit more certainty that there are no nasty surprises waiting in the closet.
