or to put it in a bit more "sophisticated" manner - multiple lines within a plant or multiple trains ( I think it is called trains where you have different lines doing the same or similar types of processing)...
I think we are trying to split hair out here discussing an issue which is NOT current and also if it ever comes to that a PROPER RISK MANAGEMENT plan will be in place...
