Sounds like commercial plants that toll process would need effective ISO procedures in place.
Cross-contamination prevention measures would appear relatively straightforward for sequential processing of large batches utilising whole plant.Parallel processing of various flakes in same plant with different signatures may be more problematic.
Either way, problems we don't have.
