Interesting that this is an off-market T/O. A Scheme of Arrangement to be voted on by MKO shareholders would deliver more certainty IMO.
EAR obtaining shareholder approval under ASX Listing Rule 10.1 to issue EAR shares to Ruane and his associates who are MKO shareholders may be interesting in light of the machinations of the recent past.
