I was also hoping for a more favourable conversion rate, but I ultimately think the synergy of MKO and EAR combined will add considerable value for all holders. Can someone advise me what the cut off date would be to have MKO shares converted to EAR. Is it the date of the agreement between the parties (27th Sept), or anyone holding MKO shares when they finally transition?
