It really will not cost much at all to flick the switch on BW...probably less than a million. And since MKO is effectively the service provider, they should pay for it...ie provide a fully operation mill.
And even if another company decided to stump up the restart capex, no doubt that other company will negotiate to have that reflected in TT costs (ie lower TT cost), so in the end its really a zero sum game.
Having said that, yes they probably will need further TT deals on other nearby deposits to get cranking. I expect these will happen in time for EAR's likely schedule production.
Course my view is that EAR Will TKO MKO as I expect EAR Resources to grow substantially very shortly as they start turning the drill bit again.
