Then find a Chinese/western IT company.

I do believe the test speed you have in Australia, but it's also true that it takes more than 2 minutes to load the page completely. You may know China has GF system, there are many sites hosted outside of China have the same problem. If Chinese companies are also your main target audience, you need to think how to solve the problem, not many people have patience to wait too long time.
