I don't know how reliable a full year earnings guidance is going to be at this point, given the perilous state of the economy, but obviously Konekt's first half has been pretty good.
It's particularly encouraging to see the forecast revenue up 15% and back over $30 million - if that works out and they can sustain that kind of growth, things will definitely be looking up.
Konkelt was carrying $2 million in debt as of the last annual report, but even so a 4c share price - a market cap of less than $2.5 million - seems on the low side. If they can get revenue up towards $35 million, earnings could easily exceed that.
This is obviously not an investment for the nervous, given the low liquidity, but if performance matches this forecast I would expect a rerating back to the 15c ($8.5 million cap) of a year ago.
