Very few people are using Eastlink and avoiding it like the plague choosing to use existing free alternate routes. Demographics of location are all wrong to expect people living in surrounding Frankston areas to pay such high $ tolls. Most simply cannot afford this added living expense and imo situation will only get worse in near future. This Government should have provided it for free as they initially promised or have subsidized residents and let the sightseers and day trippers pay through the nose.
