l think the dist is too low at 2 cents and market awaiting the next release which should be 1.5 cents l think. the yield need to rise substantially to push up the sp and that needs to be around 4 - 5 cents.
they have paid down some debt which is great but the income has been diluted by the share issue.
a t/o offer will eventuate but nobody knows when, l would just like to see the dist rise and then any offer will have to top that.
