re: Ann: EastLink Traffic and Revenue - Augus... i think it's worth somewhere between 50- 80c a share depending on how the outstanding debt is managed over the next 32 years.. if i were to buy out right and could manage the debt then to me it could be worth up to 80c. I would say it's worth more than 55c to the pension funds involved in the takeover. there is no one to block the bid with a significant holding, everyone voted with their feet and sold like cba. the other significant holder is NZ super who hold 9% but they are appart of the takeover.
