what makes you think they started planning now... fact they have EAS suggests long period of planning

doesnt sound like a short term survival plan... rather a funding package for $200 Million in projects..
cap raisins can be very dilutive for sure....
especially to those who do not participate but not to those who participate.... including non holders!
i look forward to see how KPO handle themselves here

all written into 1.5 cents and a $6M M Cap
abd $200 M in projects....
