a very reasonable analysis .... and i am a believer,but missing input is the release with comment by EAS that they are assisting the funding to roll out KPO systems.... now why would a NY broker of repute go public in that if he saw KPO as you do...?
but i do agree that your scenario is possible ... but unlikely..
