No, their current EV is $156m. Not "a notch under $200m".
On earnings of $32.5m, their EPS is 10.6c a share. Give it a PE of 7.5c and it is worth 79.5c.
This is a little higher than the 70c a share there is the inclusion of interest paid on debt (if you are not including the debt in the EV).
As far as I can tell, there is a large gap between 42c share price and 79.5c fair value.
I actually think fair value is higher than 80c a share. One bad half does not make a company. It is did, AGO would have a share price of about 10c, as would Whitehaven.
Maybe looking at Net Assets would be a better guide. Last I looked it was about 75c a share also (Assets - Debt / Shares).
