if 84% of shares are tied up in escrow then that explains it all there are only about ~50m shares out of 307m that are tradeable

and 25m are held by institutional investors
and another 25m held by retail investors

thus there are only two possible sellers and they are institutional investors and/or retail investors

in that case looks overdone to me caused by panic due to lack of liquidity

any other thoughts on this?
