WBE holds 3800 acres as part of the JV with Point Loma
so the 3800 acres x C$347 per acre would be worth C$1,318, 600
and C$1,318, 600 divided by 6,930,000 shares on issue would be worth C$0.019 per share
BUT that's just the value of the Canadian land not what hopefully is underneath the land.
and doesn't assign any value to Xanadu.
This stock is greatly undervalued at this time
