DUO is currently at 17 cents, so the offer is equivalent to 1.8 cents AGU.
....or is it 1 cent for each AGU share + 1 DUO for every 10 AGU shares i.e. equivalent to 2.7 cents.
Me thinks it is the lesser of the two!!!!
