DUO has buckleys of a chance at this price. Any rational shareholder would wait for a JORC before making a decision.
In addition, given that PDY is our biggest shareholder, I doubt they will be giving DUO their shares. In addition, if PDY had any sense, they would as AGU's biggest shareholder have their legal team closely scrutinise this as well as ensuring the AGU board act in the interests of shareholders.
