1) They KNOW they can't get enough stock to get control. 2) They KNOW they have only limited time as the JORC is only a couple of months away.
3) They KNOW that when the SP increases they won't have enough cash / shares / options to meet a market favourable bid without giving complete control in their company to AGU holders.
4) They KNOW that the stock they are stealing from unsuspecting and uneducated shareholders will give them a substantial profit.
5) We KNOW the history of the people that are behind this bid.......

I think it's time to annoy DUO for a change - let's start by all AGU holders emailling the company and telling them they will never get our stock and repeating the email everytime DUO makes another BS announcement - at the very least we will clog up there communications channel.
