Due Diligence Complete

Potash Minerals Ltd (ASX: POK) (“Potash Minerals” or the “Company”) provides the following update on due diligence in relation to the proposed acquisition of Buddy Platform Inc (“Buddy”).

In accordance with the Heads of Agreement, the Company had 28 days from the date of payment of the A$250,000.00 option fee to complete due diligence on Buddy’s business and operations, to the sole satisfaction of Potash Minerals.

As of today, due diligence has been completed to the satisfaction of both parties. Potash will now deliver payment of the second A$250,000.00 option fee
