TCB I think you are missing the point - yes its in the cloud and that's why when they reach scale they won't have a bleak margin.
However you are comparing 2 years ago when probably recording 5 calls a week to now where they are reaching critical mass - you don't think amazon web services go up once your business starts going exponential.
I think you will see costs plateau after resourcing the telcos with good account managers but then profitability soar 2020.
