Why DSO to China? Or overseas? South Africa have several processing plant. Mapochs which was second largest producer of vanadium and very close to tno transported their mine to other company. Both Vanchem Vanadium Products Pty Ltd and Highveld Steel can produce vanadium. But I think Highveld Steel with half a century history was so old to produce vanadium.
