Agree with that. The main reason I shot low is that we don't know what purchasers conversion facilities will be like etc.
It's a bit different when a plant can be designed specifically to benificate the ore from your own deposit and address flowsheet accordingly. You might not get that from a non purpose built plant.
I always try and build realistic expectations. That way if I undershoot happy days. If I overshoot it won't be by much, particular compared to starting at an optimistic point.
As you say if end users get 80% and share some of that extra profit with TNO, DSO could be looking great
