Yup - EXM was the company that originally prompted me to create my own blacklist of dud directors, and to avoid anything they were ever involved with again.
The ongoing delays, and subsequent deathly silence, surrounding the Dropsuite acquisition should surely be enough to tell you all is not well. How long has trading in EXM been suspended for? EXM is going to need a new board anyway, as certain current members may not be "free" to discharge their responsibilities....lol.
There are plenty of other companies on the ASX to invest in - nothing to see here, move along please. I'll take a look at that graphene outfit you mentioned; good synergy, as I am already heavily into a certain graphite stock.....
