Most companies usually want the share price above the pre-consolidated price as to entice new share holders to take up the capital raising offer.
Its very evident from the lack of buying below the assumed raising price that this company is actually going to raise all the money they need... which will probably result in a failed acquisition or very drawn out process. ( not looking at ODN here)
For a company of this nature share price will be driven by revenue and profit.
In the hosting game, margins are extremely tight. They would really need to grow exponentially for this company to be even considered looking at in terms of an investment..
