Has anyone actually read the current voting info .Have you noticed that Tennant Creek will end up in Bajadas name approx 60% and the balance to other directors or ex directors or consultants etc .Claiming Excalibur owes them just under $800000 .So if Tennant creek isnt worth pursuing why are they happy to take it over .???? Also If Dropsuite is such a good prospect .Why would they sell to a basically worthless company .I suggest you read the document very carefully .Make notes and research who the directors are of the So called ones claiming debts against EXM and all the others mentioned in this document .After the consolidation note what the volume of issued shares will be worth yet after andvif the deal goes through the total shares will be back up to Nearly 500 million except the original shareholders will control less than 10% of the company ..And the ASX excepts this .????
