The writing was always on the wall from day one.
Dropsuite could be a great company one day along with the people who work there.. Unfortunately ( or fortunately as it may be ) these folk have nothing to do with EXM.
While i do still think that the company is lacking the "wow" factor for being an ASX listed tech company. It was always going to be the current board of directors that you need to get past first.
6 Months on and nothing has happened.. the same thing over at ODN.
Its probably fair to say this is not a coincidence.
With the share price so low now with a pending consolidation, not to mention the new rules required for RTO's i just cant see this happening. The consolidation alone will be so fierce to get the market cap above the ASX requirements, that anyone buying these levels will loose money big time.
These prices are not bargains, its pure gambling that current management will get this over the line and from what other posters have shared about EXM's past here, its fair to say the odds are not in you're favor.
You are probably better to go down to the local casino and put your money on black with a saver on the 0/00 split
At least you will know the outcome immediately
