I guess its because EXM/dropsuite don't have quite the same level of interest as ODN/gridcomm that the share price reaction wasn't comparable. But its the same management and a similar looking tactic to attempt to pump the price up a bit - focusing on the target companies ability to kick goals rather than the ability of management to kick goals re securing a good value and timely deal for their shareholders.
