Still today we hardly know anything about the details of the transaction, and most importantly what the market cap of the company will be after re-listing.
There is absolutely no reason for the company to hide this information from the public.
It would be a poor investment decision to take a position in a company when they cant even tell you what the consolidation of the current share structure will be.
