I agree, when bundling this in with purchases SMB are otherwise making (Ie Office 365) for a retail cost of probably no more that a couple of $$ a month people will just go along with it for piece of mind (especiallty if the primary purchase is much larger i. what's an extra few $$ matter when making a larger purchase).

They need to keep working on these bundle type situations where it just becomes part of the product people are otherwise buying. SMB would then need to actually opt out which as you say due to the low cost is unlikely as they will think, what if I opt out and then the next day my emails etc crash or get hacked etc.
