ALSO and Giacom are both based in developed markets which I would imagine will result in better ARPU results than those that are available in the developing market of Brazil with UOL. Hopefully the ARPU will hold and possibly start to improve a bit once these partners start producing Paid Users.
As DSE grows larger, hosting costs should also start to reduce through economies of scale and this will hopefully reflect with a GP Margin moving into the 80s.
I think they are likely cash flow positive now. They may just be waiting till this quarter actual ends so that they can announce it as being cash flow positive through a whole quarter.
An announcement like that with an actual $ confirmation (rather than just user numbers/partner growth) will significantly derisk for a lot of investors and should be the catalyst for the next leg up in SP.
