The penny stock end of the stock market is the Wild Wild West. If you think its held together by full disclosure and corporate governance and everything is above board then you really need to wake up from the dream world. Some companies and have excellent management teams behind them like the guys @ Cicero. But from my experience alot of them are out there to line there own back pockets first and foremost.
