Totally agreed. The problem is dealing with government departments for the most takes an age to get anything across the line.
Whlst I'm disappointed with the last Capital raise (seriously why bother with a 1.25m raise) I am still hopeful DRO can dig there way out of this one.
One big order and we'll be back up above 50c.
