    To keep it in simple figures:sell 67,720 SLR @ $.65c = $44018.00buy 100,000 DRM @ $.415c = $41500 outlayAccept the merger offer = receive 67720 SLR shares + $2518.00 (less brokerage) for your trouble.

    I'm going to sell SLR and buy into DRM

    Sounds like the merger is going ahead and DRM sellers are happy to go with the deal !
